1.Introduction of computerized universal testing machine:

This machine is mainly applicable for wood-based panels company and quality testing section. It can finish the mechanical property test of wood-based panels, such as plywood, flake board and fiberboard etc.  Controlling software can automatically calculate modulus of elasticity, static bending strength, inner bond strength, surface bonding strength, agglutination strength and so on.

In standard, it conforms to GB/T17657-1999, EN310-1998, EN-319, EN-320, etc.

2.Main Technical Parameters:

2.1 Maximum force: 5N ;
2.2 Accuracy of force: ±2% ;
2.3 Rotating speed of the specimen: 60±2r/min;

3.Safety Protection Device:

a) When the test force more than 3% of the maximum test force, the overload protection, oil pump motor shut down.

b) When the piston rises to the upper limit position, stroke protection, pump motor shut down.
